Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for tickets booked on EventLoop.
Cancellations by you
- Tickets are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except as set out below.
- If you believe a booking was made in error or you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
Event cancelled or rescheduled
- If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, contact us for a refund.
Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider (Cashfree) and typically settle within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
Email support@eventloop.example with your booking reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
