These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, notices or terms displayed on or applicable to the Website or specific Services, constitute a legally binding agreement between EVENTLOOPS (“EVENTLOOPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the person accessing or using our website, purchasing tickets, registering for an event, or availing any of our services (“you” or “your”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access the Website or purchase or use the Services.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Website” means the website, webpages, portals, applications or digital platforms operated or controlled by EVENTLOOPS.
  • “Event” means any event, program, exhibition, concert, conference, entertainment activity, gathering, workshop, competition or other activity organized, promoted, managed or facilitated by us.
  • “Services” means the event management, ticketing, registration, promotional, booking and other services provided by us through the Website or otherwise.
  • “Ticket” means any physical or electronic ticket, pass, registration, booking confirmation or other authorization issued for an Event.
  • “Event Organizer” means any third party organizer, venue owner, promoter, performer, artist, sponsor, partner or other entity involved in conducting or facilitating an Event.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or availing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Event-specific terms communicated to you at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon being posted on the Website.

You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms.

3. Registration and Information

3.1. You agree to provide true, accurate, complete and current information while registering, purchasing Tickets or using the Services.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities carried out through your account.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any registration or booking where information provided by you is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent.

4. Event Information

4.1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on the Website, including Event dates, venues, timings, artists, performers, schedules, prices and descriptions, is accurate.

4.2. However, Event details may be changed, modified, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the event organiser.

4.3. Event photographs, promotional materials, artist names, line-ups, schedules and other promotional information may be subject to change by the event organiser.

4.4. The final Event details communicated through the Website, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Ticket or other official communication shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

5. Tickets and Bookings

5.1. A Ticket or booking is valid only for the Event, date, time and venue specified on the Ticket or booking confirmation.

5.2. Tickets are subject to availability and may be subject to additional Event-specific conditions.

5.3. You are responsible for checking all Event details before completing your purchase.

5.4. Once a booking or Ticket has been confirmed, cancellation or refund shall be governed by the applicable cancellation and refund provisions contained in these Terms and/or the specific Event's refund policy.

5.5. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse admission where a Ticket is invalid, duplicated, altered, fraudulently obtained or otherwise improperly used.

6. Prices and Payments

6.1. You agree to pay all applicable charges, Ticket prices, booking fees, convenience fees, taxes and other charges displayed at the time of purchase.

6.2. Prices may be changed before a booking is completed. The price applicable at the time of successful payment shall generally be considered the applicable purchase price.

6.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided by you is correct.

6.4. We may use third-party payment gateways or service providers to process payments. Such transactions may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider.

7. Event Cancellation, Postponement and Rescheduling

7.1. Right to Cancel or Modify an Event

The event organiser reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, suspend or alter an Event, including its date, time, venue, performers, artists, schedule, format or other aspects of the Event.

Such changes may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • force majeure events;
  • adverse weather or natural disasters;
  • government orders, restrictions or regulatory requirements;
  • law-and-order or security concerns;
  • public health emergencies;
  • venue-related issues;
  • technical or operational difficulties;
  • non-availability of artists, performers, vendors or service providers;
  • transportation or logistical difficulties;
  • insufficient permissions or approvals;
  • strikes, riots, civil disturbances or emergencies;
  • safety concerns;
  • unforeseen operational circumstances; or
  • any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.2. Cancellation Does Not Automatically Create a Refund Obligation

Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or modification of an Event shall not, by itself, create an unconditional or automatic right to a refund by EVENTLOOPS.

Any type of refund payment can be done by the event organisers under the policy of the event organisers.

7.3. Rescheduled Events

If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, Tickets already purchased may remain valid or invalid for the rescheduled date according to the policy of event organisers.

EVENTLOOPS is not responsible for keeping the user's ticket valid, if the event organiser postpones or reschedules the event.

7.4. Event Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

Where an Event is cancelled, postponed or materially affected due to a Force Majeure Event, EVENTLOOPS shall not be responsible for losses, expenses or costs incurred by you in connection with the Event, including travel, accommodation, transportation, food, incidental expenses or other third-party costs.

7.5. Third-Party Costs

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EVENTLOOPS shall not be responsible for any costs independently incurred by you in connection with attending an Event, including:

  • travel tickets;
  • hotel or accommodation expenses;
  • transportation;
  • food and beverages;
  • parking charges;
  • personal expenses;
  • visa or documentation expenses; or
  • any other third-party expenses.

8. Event Entry and Admission

8.1. Possession of a valid Ticket does not guarantee admission in circumstances where entry is denied for legitimate reasons, including security concerns, violation of Event rules, possession of prohibited items, fraudulent Tickets or failure to comply with applicable laws.

8.2. You agree to comply with all security checks, venue rules, Event guidelines and reasonable instructions issued by Event organisers.

8.3. Event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Event where reasonably necessary for safety, security, compliance or orderly conduct.

8.4. Except where required by applicable law, removal from an Event due to your misconduct, violation of Event rules or failure to comply with security requirements shall generally not entitle you to a refund by EVENTLOOPS.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Website or Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • provide false or misleading information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
  • resell Tickets in violation of applicable Event rules;
  • use automated systems or bots to purchase Tickets where prohibited;
  • copy, reproduce or exploit Website content without authorization;
  • engage in abusive, threatening or disruptive conduct; or
  • violate any applicable Indian or local law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, trademarks, service marks, software, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to EVENTLOOPS unless otherwise stated.

10.2. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or any intellectual property rights in such content.

10.3. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell or commercially exploit any Website content without our prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, booking platforms, social media platforms or other services.

We do not control such third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies or practices.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies applicable to those services.

12. Disclaimer

12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

12.2. We do not warrant that the Website or Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete or available.

12.3. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of all information displayed on the Website.

12.4. You acknowledge that Event information may change and that certain aspects of an Event may be outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EVENTLOOPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of the Website or attendance at an Event.

Without limiting the foregoing, we shall not ordinarily be responsible for losses relating to travel, accommodation, transportation, personal expenses, loss of opportunity or other third-party arrangements made by you in connection with an Event.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

EVENTLOOPS shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, postponement, suspension or failure to perform its obligations where such performance is prevented, restricted or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

Force Majeure Events may include natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, governmental orders, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, power failures, technical failures, venue issues, transportation disruptions, adverse weather, security threats or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In such circumstances, the remedies available to you, including any refund, credit or transfer, shall be determined in accordance with the applicable Event policy and applicable law.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Website and Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, storage and processing of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVENTLOOPS, its directors, employees, representatives, contractors, partners and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:

  • your violation of applicable law;
  • your misuse of the Website or Services;
  • fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account; or

This provision shall apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website or Services if:

  • you engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity;
  • your actions may cause harm to us, other users or third parties; or

Termination shall not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kanker, Chhattisgarh.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent a consumer from exercising any non-waivable statutory right or remedy available under applicable law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Event-specific terms, policies or instructions communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and EVENTLOOPS concerning your use of the Website and Services.

20. Acknowledgement

By accessing the Website, purchasing a Ticket, registering for an Event or using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  1. you have read and understood these Terms;
  2. you agree to be bound by them;
  3. Event details may be changed, postponed or cancelled;
  4. Event cancellation or postponement does not automatically guarantee a refund;
  5. any refund, credit, transfer or alternative arrangement shall be subject to the applicable Event policy, these Terms and applicable law; and
  6. you are responsible for reviewing the applicable Event-specific terms before completing your purchase.
